innervate will focus on seated awareness shifting, somatic meditation practices as well as gentle creative breath and movement practice to clear out stagnant energy. we will also work with cards and optional writing prompts to deepen your process and integration.

you will shift:
from negative thought loops which have you collapsed on the couch, to deep breaths that allow you to go for the walk, finish the laundry, cook your favorite soup.

you will remember your capacity to listen to a friend or family member in need with an open compassionate heart, and then put on your favorite tank top and have a dance party in the kitchen or head to karaoke with your girl friends.
you will learn to more quickly notice the thought and behavior patterns that lock you into your sticky energy, so you can make a different choice. if you tend to hide in bed franticly texting your bestie after conflict with a partner, you will learn to offer yourself a somatic hug and some deep breaths to shift back into holding their hand or going for a walk together.
you will notice the moments where you believe you can’t experience your own okayness if others are suffering, and rewire yourself to know that your joy and pleasure positively affect everyone you care for.

FIERCE REFUGE:
in fierce refuge we will work with the three jewels of refuge in an updated way to be the guiding force in our daily life. we will use compassionate and consistent self awareness, along with group accountability, to end the invisible patterns of self sabotage that keep us caught up in the exact unhappiness we already know.
FIERCE REFUGE (March 24 - April 25)
we will replace “i think…” with the vibrate aliveness of a cellular knowing. we will learn the felt difference between what our mental thoughts believe to be true, and what our presence wonders is possible. we will be playful in our exploration so we can slowly titrate out of limited thinking and into a wider perspective.
we will replace “i don’t know how” with a tool kit of simple and proven practices and pointers that put us back on the path of curiosity. these will include seated, awareness shifting, somatic meditation practices, short 2-3 minute practices with cues to shift our energetic location as well as gentle creative breath and movement practice. we will also work with cards and optional mantra and writing prompts to deepen your process and integration.
we will replace the feelings of isolation and overwhelm with the truth of our connection to the earth herself, the great mother, the natural world (including pets, local trees and house plants) and each other. we will break down the walls between our own embodiment and the pulse of aliveness in the earth and the cosmos, reminding ourselves that we are both sacred and meaningless.
you will leave this circle with:
clear and soothing ways to start and end your day.
simple tools to recognize mental loops that trap you in unconscious and unwanted behavior patterns like reaching for your phone, picking a fight with your partner, or self criticizing into a full collapse.
simple prompts and on-the-go practices to immediately and effectively shift yourself out of old patterns and into openness and curiosity.
you will go from snapping at your kids or colleagues, to taking a self soothing time out that leads you back to a hug, eye contact, or a creative solution.
you will leave with easy practices to open you back up to your deep connection to all that is alive around you. you will feel connected to and loved by the earth herself. you will soften to regulating your own nervous system with pets, trees, and the sunlight. you will remember how to receive small doses of connection to help you shift your perspective a hundred times a day - which helps to unhook from the overwhelm of your never-ending to-do list and give you space to know what your next right step is.
you will be encouraged to take in both your own suffering, and the collective, in ways that fuel you to soften and love instead of feeling like you need to hide under the blankets for the next few years.
